About Us
Elevate1Life is a Non-Profit organization which holds periodic contest to help the underserved in our community. Tom Richter, Carol Richter and Ryan Richter are partners in this venture. In conjunction with Community Partners and JAN-PRO Elevate1Life will provide back to the community the opportunity to become a JAN-PRO franchise owner.
A “Pay it Forward” Opportunity
Our “Pay It Forward Franchise Opportunity” is a unique program where we will offer a Hand-Up to individuals who want to change their lives. Once they get their Franchise off the ground, we request that they give back in someway to “Pay It Forward” themselves.

Elevate 1 Life is a nonprofit founded to provide a “Hand Up….Not a Hand Out”. We plan on giving away a Cleaning & Disinfecting franchise during these trying times. If you yourself, or someone you know, is in need of help, please apply through this website. We are specifically looking for under-employed, un-employed, underserved or Veterans that have a desire to get ahead.
